Accepted Answer

Lodha Hopefarm Whitefield is planned to offer 3.5 BHK, 4 BHK and 5 BHK residences, all from approximately 2,500 sq.ft. The project is positioned exclusively in the large-format segment — there are no 2 BHK or 3 BHK units. Final configurations will be confirmed on the RERA filing.

Question 10

Where is Lodha Hopefarm located?

Accepted Answer

The project is located at Hope Farm Junction, Whitefield Main Road, East Bengaluru — PIN 560066. It is adjacent to Alembic City (Google's large campus precinct) and within walking distance of the Hopefarm Channasandra metro station on the Namma Metro Purple Line.

Question 11

What are the connectivity options around Lodha Hopefarm?

Accepted Answer

The Hopefarm Channasandra metro station (Purple Line, operational since March 2023) is within walking distance. Whitefield Main Road connects to ITPL, Marathahalli and the Outer Ring Road. The STRR (Satellite Town Ring Road) and Whitefield railway station are also accessible from this address.

Question 12

How far is Lodha Hopefarm from ITPL?

Accepted Answer

ITPL (International Tech Park Bangalore) is approximately 5–7 km from Hope Farm Junction, typically 15–25 minutes by road depending on traffic. The Purple Line metro provides a traffic-independent alternative.

Question 13

Is Lodha Hopefarm suitable for end users or property investors?

Accepted Answer

The location has strong fundamentals for both. Google's commitment of roughly 2.6 million sq.ft of office space at adjacent Alembic City, combined with the operational Purple Line metro, supports long-term residential demand. However, this is a pre-launch project with RERA registration awaited. Buyers should conduct independent due diligence and not rely solely on indicative information.

Question 14

What should buyers check before investing in a Whitefield property?

Accepted Answer

Verify the RERA registration number on the Karnataka RERA portal (rera.karnataka.gov.in), review the approved plan, confirm the developer's track record, check the title and encumbrance certificate, and ensure all payments go only to the RERA-designated escrow account. Consult a qualified property lawyer before signing any agreement.
